Anson Yang is the president of Mentech Electronics Co.,Ltd. As the founder, Mr. Yang takes the responsibility for the overall business operations and strategic decision-making. He is a senior expert in people management, high volume production and quality management in the electronics industry with more than 20 years of experience. In 2009, Mr. Yang introduced the optical and electronics department. A clear sign Mentech is aggressively moving to a more diverse and high-tech product range.

Mr LC,Jing earned a bachelor's degree in electronics from Southwest university in 1992,currently serves as Mentech's General manager of the Board of Directors. The majority of Mr LC,Jing 's career was spent with Magnetic manufacturer, responsible for the company development of strategic planning, product positioning, market development layout, RD,Product,Qulity,Engineer,Logistics and circumference unit running, To promote the company's performance appraisal system, to mobilize the enthusiasm of all staff, to create maximum benefits for employees and promote corporate culture, long-term planning direction for the enterprise foundation. Based on "Professional elaboration, and create excellent" idea, led the development of the company moving forward，after serving for over 18 years as the charger of management for several transformer and electronic companies such as Pulse,Foxconn, Who had left brilliant achievements in the FOXCONN , was named Foxconn 'excellent supervisor', has a wealth of management skills, proficient in the inductor / communication transformer / power transformer / filter / Switch & Cable of the development, production control and related authentication function test, Proficient in stamping / molding /electroplating production process and quality control。

Mr.Xie graduated from Nankai University with PHD in economics. He currently serves as Mentech’s board secretary and vice general manager from the year of 2011, primarily responsible for coordinating and managing the company’s listing work, including industry analysis and strategic research. Before joining Mentech, he was with Guangdong Silver Age Sci & Tech, served as board secretary, vice general manager and other senior management positions. Mr. Xie has rich experience and distinct views in the operations management of IPO and pro-IPO companies. With the comprehensive knowledge of financial, legal, finance and securities, Mr. Xie is a strength to represent Mentech in those areas.

Mr. Royal graduated from Nanchang university with MBA degree, he is a CCPA and student of the ACCA. Royal has vast experience in finance, audit and investment work at the China shipping group company Jiujiang instrument and meters factory, Jiangxi HP accounting firm, Suning Corporation, Cade commercial property (China) Co., LTD and Anhui Guogou investment group.Royal has been with Mentech since 2011 as the finance director, focusing on overall finance group management, tax planning, enterprise investment analysis, cost and budget analysis, inventory control, cash flow, etc. With rich enterprise capital operation management experience, Royal has good finance analysis and internal auditing capability, proficient in financial account laws and regulations. During the fast development period of the company, Royal plays an important role to the company’s short-term and long-term planning for the company’s development strategy.Since his involvement in Mentech, Royal has improved and managed the finance department management system, improving the overall control and securing the bottom line.

Mr. van Stel was previously with Arasor Corporation, where he was serving as the Senior Operations Manager at their China facility. Prior to joining Arasor, Mr. van Stel held positions at JDSU and SIFAM Fiber Optics in process engineering roles. Currently he is responsible for overseas business development and international relations. Mr. van Stel gained professional experience from positions in Holland, UK, Taiwan, China and the USA. Mr. van Stel holds a business degree in “Management of Technology”.

Michael has severed as a R&D director in Magnetic division since in the early of Feb. 2012, focus on overall Magnetic R&D management. Previously Michael was employed at companies, such as Delta Electronics, PerkinElmer Shenzhen and Myrra, with over than 13 years working experience in the management of magnetic R& D department, gaining rich experience in new product introduction. Since he worked in foreign company for many years, he has accumulated rich and diverse management skills. Michael graduated form Xi’an Jiao Tong University with an MBA degree, and is a member of Project Management Institute (PMI).

Mark Tan currectly serves as the operation director of the magnetic division since the year 2011. Before joining Mentech, he was worked at the Emerson and Pulse. Mark has 13 years of electronics industry experience in operations management and quality management, familiar with the world’s top 500 emterprises operating mode. He received his MBA from the Webster university in USA.

George graduated from Jinan University with an MBA degree, and has severed as a quality director in MNC since in the early February 2012, mainly responsible for upgrading and implementing the quality strategy, quality plan and quality policy for the entire company. He is and expert in the full operation process of EMS/OEM/ODM, total management and quality control management with over 12 years working experience in electronics field. Additionally, he is an internal auditor in ISO9001/ISO14000/TS16949 /GJB9001A,and has obtained the training certificates in project management as well as manufacture operation management.

Mr. Zheng has been with Mentech since 2009, serving as the company’s Quality Senior Manager of the magnetic group. Prior to joining Mentech, he was MQA and DQA supervisor in FOXCONN from the year 2003 to 2009. Mr. Zheng brings 14 years of quality management experience to Mentech and is a 6SIGMA black belt. Mr. Johnson received his MBA from Lanzhou University.

Mr. Cheng has been with Mentech since 2008, serving as Plastic and Molding Director. Prior to this, Mr. Kingko gained a decade of management experience in Taiwan-funded manufacturing enterprises and five years experience from senior positions at Foxconn. Mr. Cheng’s thorough understanding of manufacturing principles makes him key to various production lines in Mentech with regards to continuous improvement.

Michael has been with MNC since the year 2008, serving as the company’s R&D senior manager in the magnetic field. Before joining MNC, he was with Tyco Electronics, serving as an R&D supervisor. Prior to this, he was a technical service engineer at Foxconn. He holds several patents of PRC in LAN magnetics. Michael Zhang has a bachelor's degree in electronics and communication engineering.

Mr. Wu is the optical group manager and has many years of experience in the telecom industry. Mr. Wu holds multiple patents. Mr. Wu is engaged in multiple re-search projects which will materialize in new/improved products for the Mentech catalog. As a group manager Mr. Wu is instrumental in the leading new projects into mass production. He graduated from Xi Dian University.
