What is the size and capacity of Mentech?

On average over all product ranges we reach 800K/D.

What about minimum order quantities? Lead time? Terms of delivery?

We have MOQ’s on many of our products, but we advice all customers to contact us and request the current MOQ. Lead time varies from 3-8 weeks, 3 weeks on common products, going up to 8 weeks for custom design. However, we always try and accommodate the customers’ requests wherever possible.

The key terms of delivery are: FOB Shenzhen or Hong Kong port, EX-WORKS, CIF and other terms will be considered on a case by case basis.

How about samples? Are they free or will they be charged?

For magnetic products we generally provide free samples, while the customer will be responsible for freight charges. For the optical products, please contact our sales team for more information.

Does Mentech only supply the Chinese market?

No, Mentech supplies products to customers worldwide.

What are the payment terms?

We adopt T/T in advance for small volumes, monthly statement or L/C for large volumes. Credit terms for regular returning customers can be set up through the sales representative.

Mentech will review your order and respond within 24 hours or on the next business day. In this

confirmation you will find order acknowledgement and lead time commitment.
